This branch sits along the westbound side of Route 30 in Latrobe. If you blink, you will miss it as it somehow blends into the background. I think that the actual trees make this happen as everything else around it does not have this much of greenery around it. It is a small branch, but it does offer some drive thru banking. One stall is dedicated to drive up ATM. This is a newer ATM and makes for a fast use. I did my thing and had my deposit in in no time. One thing that you need to be aware of is that it connects to the plaza it sets next to. That is a big plus, but at the same time use caution when attempting to do this. It is hard to see where the curb is as you will be going down a hill. I hit that curb and ended up with a flat tire. No bueno.

Dollar Bank is not a disappointment to me in any manner, each time I stop at a branch I can do my business and be on my way. I pulled in here, pulled right up to the ATM, and deposited my check. Nothing more needs to be said. Dollar Bank always pulls through for me. Fun fact about this location, it is basically the only remaining piece of the old Greengate Mall. It is the only piece of the mall that is still standing. When they cleared the way for Greengate Center it was left intact. It's like holding onto the past. If you want to picture what the mall was like, just look at this building.

I chalk that up to the fact that I zone out while driving with my attention being on getting from point A to point B. Also you really don't expect to see a bank out in the middle of a field along the road by itself. With it not having any direct neighbors that infringe on its space that allows for you to have easy access for your needs. I found that this has a decent size parking lot that allowed me to maneuver quite easily. Being me, I of course made my way through the drive thru area for my banking needs. Their ATM was of the newer variety where you don't need an envelope for deposits as well as it is touch screen. Made for an easy stop on my way home and satisfied my needs.

This is a very nondescript bank in the Johnstown area. Nine times out of ten you will just drive…read moreright by this and not even realize you did so. Located in the Westmont area and not really near any other businesses it feels a bit isolated. Me doing my vehicle banking I always end up at a different one each time. I decided I would give this a try and was very disappointed. They do have drive thru capability, but not the type I needed. See they have a drive up ATM...now. This location was, at one point, one that had a separate out building for ATM banking. I thought I was seeing things, but I was amused that the building was still there, just with a board where the ATM was supposed to be. The now there drive up ATM is the simplest of ATMs. You can make a withdrawal, check a balance and transfer funds, but no deposit capabilities. So no banking for me that night.

Well I come here all the time, and never had any problems, but as of lately they are having trouble…read moreapproving the loans for some people, I'm polite and very well spoken I was told by one person I needed this on a page I bring that then they say something else is wrong, but it's really nasty how they hackle at people coming to this place cause there down on there luck, I'm not on drugs and don't have kids running around I just ask for a smooth transaction, but lately there making people leave and come back, which the money I pay I pay them in interest so why is it a issue all of a sudden, this location might go just like the forest hills one you guys can judge people on consistency. But they laugh at people when they don't get approved for loans and that's very unprofessional. And I've Been told that one of the 5 women that work there said they didn't I quote "I didn't f*** up anyones loan today" I'm surprised these women leave that place alive the miserable and evil women that play with people because they can, but anyone if your going here only cash a check there people skills are horrible, and professional service, there loan sharks and thieves, some of the people who work there trys to steal extra dollars off the consumers because your stressed or you aren't paying attention to detail, getting your money back. Do not borrow here unless god left you with no choice which I was in that situation. I have been stopping at banks all over the area to make deposits. I just can't get into the mobile depositing just yet, especially since I don't have my bank account number memorized and I need that to make a deposit either way. Anyway, driving through Ligonier once again I decided to give another bank a try. I could have swore that this location was a completely different branch altogether, but I don't frequent this area very much to know one way or another. As I have said in that past few reviews on banks I have been doing my banking mostly through the drive thru, this was no different. To note, the entrance to the drive thru services are not accessible from Main St. Instead you have to go around to the alley to enter drive thru services. Do be careful, this is a narrow alleyway and it appears to be a two way street, so that doesn't leave much room for movement. Touch screen in full effect on the ATM. No envelopes required for deposits if I remember correctly.

I have been using McMichael for at least 16 years for my car insurance. I also added my homeowners insurance with them when I bought my house and my husband added his auto insurance when we got married. I have very little to complain about. This is a small, family-run business and the few people who work in the office are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In the rare instances when my husband and I could not make it to the office by 5pm to sign paperwork, Jim has stayed late to accommodate our schedules. They also send out personalized monthly newsletters. And, they will give you a gift card simply for referring someone to their business and having that person call for a quote. That individual does not need to actually sign up with them, they will still give you a gift card for your referral which I think is a nice gesture. Most importantly, I have compared our car and homeowners insurance to friends and family who have other insurance companies, and feel like we are getting a good deal!
