Dr. Dahlborg is great but the staff is HORRIBLE. Every time you call you get another strange response like "we are not recommending the RSV shot bc we don't know if it is safe" to "we aren't giving out covid vaccine prescriptions (i have asthma) until the FDA meets to discuss. This staff is the most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered in 61 years. I'll never step foot in that building again. The worst. A doctor here misdiagnosed someone very close to me for years, and now said person has numerous, serious medical issues that could have been prevented if this doctor took what his patient said seriously. Instead, this patient's concerns were ignored. It's really shameful to cause someone to have life-long medical conditions because you overlook and ignore the patients symptoms. I have been taking my children here since we moved to the area in 2009. I have never had a problem getting them in the same day when they are sick. My daughter sees Dr. Karen Hamad and my son sees Dr. Alan King. I can't make a high enough recommendation of them both. They both take their time with patients and are extremely knowledgeable and caring. We've also seen Nicole the Nurse Practitioner on occasion and she's great too. The location is easy in and out and there is radiology on site. The ladies at the front desk and the RNs / MAs rock. If I could give 6 stars I would. read more

Dr. Karen Hamad sent me a letter stating she no longer could be my doctor because of personality differences. This happened in direct relation to my last visit with her, where she asked if I minded if her intern SAT in. She left the intern with me for 25 mins. and only returned long enough to listen to my heart and lungs, and then charged me for an extended visit. I only had FOUR minutes of face to face time with the Doctor. I had previously told her and the office that I no longer had insurance and needed the sliding scale rate. I was charged over 130.00 for 4 minutes. Besides the fact that is was an appointment at her request, all I wanted was to get my meds refilled. At any rate, I received a letter from the billing company for the full rate. I promptly called the office and after telephone tag lasting several weeks and my having to REexplain that sitting and training her intern for 25 minutes while he reads my chart does not constitute medical treatment at the rate of 130 dollars when I only saw her for FOUR minutes. Long story short, I receive a letter from her telling me I have 30 days from the date of the letter to get my chart and refills because she will no longer be my doctor. I requested my chart, never got a call back, only weeks later received PHOTO copies of just the Doctor's notes and a couple of lab results. This is a Doctor that I had for approx 7 years. She NEVER saw me for more than 4 minutes of face to face time and usually billed for 30 to 60 dollars. I spent more time with her nurse. I ve also met a pharmacist tech in town who noticed her name on my meds and asked me what I thought of her, and she proceeded to tell me how she was bringing her sick child in, and because she was stuck in rush hour traffic and a few minutes late Dr. Karen Hamad refused to see her. She is a poor Doctor and I would not recommend her to anyone EVER for any circumstance PERIOD. read more

Dr. Rachel Dahlborg is a wonderful caring physician who is willing to listen to your questions and address your concerns. When the result of a test is not the result you'd want to hear she calls herself to explain it to you. We just moved to FL a year ago and I'm so happy that we found such a great doctor! read more
