I really enjoyed the class! After taking CPR many times over the years, I really didn't think I would get too much out of it, especially via Zoom. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of new information I learned. Both instructors, Tara and Matt, were super helpful with answering questions and troubleshooting technical difficulties without holding up the class! I learned what to do if the chest still doesn't rise after rescue breaths and that if a person is badly injured to stabilize their neck and back and wait for EMS. Also, I learned how to help someone with low blood sugar or high blood sugar. Thank you! read more
