Waited 2 weeks for card that wasn't even ordered! Called the credit union to find out where my card was and they said it hadn't been ordered and that it would be 2 weeks more unless I paid $30 to have it expedited. I hate dealing with these people

For being a member you get a reduced rate for the Medvac helicopter service, if you pay your phone bill with your account then you have insurance on your phone at no additional charge to you and depending on who your carrier is this benefit can save you hundreds of dollars which I think is a great benefit personally!!!! Of course they have mobile banking and all the benefits of that right on your phone. Now for one of the best benefits which is their employees who in my personal opinion provide the best customer service of any bank that I've ever dealt with!!! I feel like I'm not just a customer account number to them. What I mean by this is the first week that I set up my account I had some questions and my Mom has been a member there for like 30 years and she was like go to the location by the Florence Mall because all the people are so nice!!! I did and I happened to meet Hope Etheridge and from that first minute of meeting her I felt like I was made to feel important to her, but not only that from the first day of meeting her I've called her for a few different reasons and she knows ME by name after that first time!!! She's great at her job and she just makes you feel like no matter what your question might be you NEVER are made to feel like it's a dumb question. If I could I would give her a 15 out of 10 for customer service and loans!!!!

Now it is volume, volume, volume. Push this crap at you and this crap,my residential mailbox looks like my e-mail box, full of spam. When it was Wachovia, it still had that neighborhood bank feel, now it's just another institution (THE MAN).
