It was changed at the technician's request, but it was an easy process to reschedule and he was able to come back a few days later. I believe the employee's name was Damon, and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough in the process. I even got some instructions on how to care for my lawn after the service. I was very happy with this company and will use them again for future lawn services.
