When I called the main office, I was told that the trash collector could have asked to move their trucks....not the collector's job. He also stated he felt there was plenty of room, when I had to go on my neighbor's yard to get around them, which means a garbage truck would never make it. They seem to be only interested in the money and lack of concern for those surrounding their job. Totally disrespectful.

I called Limon Green after seeing their truck parked down the street in my neighborhood. I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. They suggested I also consider hiring a landscape architect that they recommended. The architect met with me, and later provided a detailed illustrated plan to show what the new landscaping would look like. The Masterlawn team made a few changes to the plan and remained flexible to the day of the installation, even switching out plants at the last minute. They ripped out the old landscaping, including out of control ivy and other plants, and "rebuilt" our beds with over 50 far more decorative plants that are thriving and should look awesome in a year. They were very competitively priced, did everything on time, and with great professionalism, and ultimately did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them going forward.
