She was there from newborn to preschool then before and after school and every summer camp. The teachers are so loving and many of them have been there for my daughter's entire life. Very low turnover, all the teachers know her by name and they know us as parents. Clean, safe, secure, and off the main roads but in a really great area. Needless to say I can't imagine a world where I did not have them as part of the "village" that it takes to raise my child. Thank you for the 11 years!

There seemed like there was no plan for the summer, they made my five year old take long naps even though he doesn't take naps and we were originally told that he would be able to play while the younger kids did. Every time I went in there there were different teachers. The internet viewing was down. I just had a bad feeling about it starting from the fact that no one gave me a call to even let me know what was going on. I decided to take him out. I called and left two messages on two different days and they couldn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call back. Apparently thats how they do business now. We got on a wait-list (highly nerve-wrecking) and made it in just under the wire. They have a few different options regarding attendance, 5 days a week, Mon/Weds/Fri or Tues/Thurs. class is from 9:30am- 1:30pm. This is a pre-k run out of a Methodist church so God and Jesus are very much a part of the curriculum. My husband and I aren't very religious but have no problem with this aspect. I took 1 star off because I truly wish they incorporated some dual language into the curriculum. I've noticed more early education programs offering this (mainly downtown) but it would be the cherry-on-top to also have this at HH. The teachers honestly care, the parents are involved and it's a fabulously loving environment for kiddos.

We watched the camaras all morning just in case and as we expected the teachers took it out on the baby. 1. stayed in the same little chair from 10 am to 11:45 am even though it should be a 15 min time limit. 2.all the other babies were being rotated and playing on the floor. 3. in that same chair, he faced an empty wall away from other kids all by himself. 4. the teacher dragged his chair across the room instead of picking him up and moving him. 5. no contact from the director about the scratches or the neglect.
