I've been wiring money instead of using the bill pay because no one can seem to tell me why payments to a specific account will not go through. In addition to not being able to tell me they just give me misleading information that is completely inaccurate. At present I have been working on this issue since June. I thought I had it resolved in October when I sent a $1 test payment. Then sent the actual amount for November. However, all anyone can tell me is that the check must have been lost in the mail. But not just that check the one that I sent locally too. Two checks were lost in the mail at the same time but can be confirmed arriving to two different post offices. I find that very hard to believe. Then they proceeded to try to charge me to wire the money that I'm already being charged a late fee for not having there on time. No one is apologetic, no one seems concerned at all or is looking into the issue. They have truly lost there customer service and I have made the difficult and time consuming decision to move my monies else where.

Idk what I expected but I guess I wanted better from a financial institution sharing a lobby with a chiropractic office.

There are 2 locations in Ptown but I always frequent here, well because it is closer and really easier to get in and out of! Plus this is their "drive thru" hence the accessibility. They have a program that if a friend refers you, they get to pick out a gift and an added bonus to their account and you also get a gift for opening an account. Even though I have moved, I still use them as my bank! They also offer online bill pay and it is FREE. Check them out! They have locations in Caledonia, Belgrade, Farmington and Desloge. The Farmington branch has a coffee shop (Wise Grounds) located in the branch, and they also have a drive up, and not to mention some of the best coffee and service. Staff is friendly and always willing to help with any customer questions or concerns. They offer online banking, billpay, and mobile deposit. You can do transfers between your accounts either on a desktop/laptop or with their mobile app!

I've had an awful experience with US bank. Im a first time banker and they were helpful in the…read moresetup process and relayed that most of my banking will be done through their app. The app is awful. I first went to set up my savings with the app giving me much trouble and I danced around on the phone with the bank as the app indicates with no solutions for a week until I just drove to set it up at the bank. The app lacks an easily accessible customer support tab and chat, includes a poorly designed AI bot, a major lack of maintenance (links broken, features not usable, etc.) The people in the branch are kind but seldom solve my problems often just handing me a phone number to sit on hold with tech support for an hour. The app definitely needs some work and the bank needs to stop promoting on it so heavily until it receives that work.
