After calling twice leaving a message on their voice-mail, I did not receive a response. I contacted them again through Facebook again with no response until a received a call a few days later to schedule an appointment. I took off work for the afternoon of the appointment to meet them, however, no one ever showed. I called several times while waiting and dropped another message on Facebook. With still no response as of the morning I left a final message on Facebook and decided to post reviews on every review site I can find in order to warn people not to bother them with service requests.
