I have been sick again and my automatic payments defaulted. I have sent a money order that was returned. 2 wires were returned. The second wire had extra in case it was bouncing because of fees. It still got rejected. The funds are readily available and I keep trying to send wires. I called to find out why and they give the run around intentionally trying to foreclose. Different people giving different amounts to wire. No doubt they are personally contributing to the homeless population. They definitely should be investigated. I have all evidence of intentional foreclosure. I'm not special so I'm sure there are many other people who have had this experience. INTENTIONALITY FORECLOSING WHEN FUNDS HAVE BEEN SENT.

I was pre-qualified by Jennifer Carter-Navarro at Simmons Frisco Branch, but was subsequently denied in the middle of the appraisal. Because I own a small business, my 1040 looks a lot different from someone who does not own an s-corporation. Thier total lack of understanding of business banking is shocking. My advice is if you own a small business, don't make an assumption that Simmons Bank even remotely comprehends how that works. They don't understand how depreciation, amortization and business deductions can affect the "total income" line of a 1040. Jennifer had the nerve to say I had lost $7 a month when my actual income was higher than the top 1% of poeple in the United States. Simmons is inexperienced, small and weak. I highly advise against using thier services.
