After we closed she wouldn't give us the key to our home, she told her client she could stay in the home even after we closed which was not part of any agreement and nothing was written up or signed for this to happen. My husband got the law involved, ended up drilling the locks out and changing them. It was a complete mess. This lady shouldn't even have her license.

Our bank contracted with Century21 Burkett to do an appraisal on our cottage for purposes of…read moreobtaining a HELOC. It was to be a "drive-by" appraisal. That is the appraiser didn't have to go in the building. On their first attempt they took a picture of the building so obstructed by trees one can barely identify the building. They also completely missed a detached two stall garage that included a bunkhouse on one and workshop on the other end. Had they driven in just a little further they could have turned around and seen the garage building. This appears to be a case of someone too lazy to do even an adequate job. They didn't take the time to do it right the first time, so they had to come back and do it a second time.
