James Schrader showed us about six homes including one we made an offer on and decided to cancel after our home inspection. Schrader slipped a six month exclusive agency agreement in the docusigns with the original offer we submitted. Schrader instructed us to sign all the docusign documents he sent late in the evening on the date we made the offer. Shame on us for not noticing his dubious additions to the realtor agency agreement included in the docusigns. We thought our agent would not be the one we needed to be wary of. Schrader never discussed this exclusive agency agreement with us before sending us the docusigns. Now Schrader won't respond to our emails, texts or phone calls about the agreement. Be very careful what you sign if you work with James Schrader. Despite duping us into an exclusive agency deal, Schrader does not respond when questioned about the agreement. Schrader now refers us to his "broker" and won't answer calls or electronic communications about the agreement. . Schrader seeks full commission on a canceled contract despite us having to get our attorney involved to achieve the cancelation. Shraders recommendations to us before we actually were able to cancel the contract were to either close on the house we ultimately canceled on and re sell it with him (getting him double commission) or to pay the seller an additional $10K earnest money to cancel. Shrader instructed us to have our attorney speak with the sellers agent about canceling rather than calling the sellers agent himself on our behalf as he is expected to do as our "exclusive" agent. Our attorney handled the cancelation negotiations and docusigns, not Schrader. One star is too many for James Scrader, the agent who duped us into a six month exclusive agency agreement and then sends our calls to voice mail, ignores texts, and ignores emails when questioned about the agreement. Schrader now is asking for full commission on a canceled contract and is essentially hiding from his "exclusive" clients! read more

This 5 Star review goes out to Agent Keri Parmeter: Last summer we saw a golf course home that we really liked, but didn't put a bid on. That home really made an impression on us and we were regretting not making an offer. In January we contacted Keri and asked if it sold, she said no and would contact the owners to see if they were still interested in selling. They were and we made an offer. Sadly we weren't able to agree on all the details and the deal fell through. Fast forward two months and the home went back on the market (different agent), I watched the listings (my wife would say I stalked the house) and the seller eventually dropped the price to less than the offer we originally made. I contacted Keri (the original listing agent) to make another offer on the house. Keri ever the consummate professional was able to make the deal for us. Not only did she get us the house we fell in love with, she also listed our beloved cabin and had multiple offers. Keri sold our cabin in two day's (I would argue One Day, because we waited until we had four offers in hand). Keri's experience with log cabins was a godsend, as was her knowledge of the intricacies of home inspections, movers and more! There are so many things Keri did to help us get our dream home, the biggest one was that she handled all the details so we could go on our already planned Alaska cruise.
