With the four conveniently spaced out First Bank's; you have the convenience of banking at one either close to your work or where you live! To get the credit limit back - Chase requires a soft credit history hit - which lowers your credit score - which allows Chase to increase your interest rate. I only have complements for the way I have been treated, the assistance I have been given, and the efficiency of the transactions. Even though it is a much larger branch than the one where I was, the personal service and assistance have been at the same high level.

Run! Do not deal with these goofballs! Imagine a clown car full of clowns, but they are wearing…read moreoven mitts and blindfolds. They can't do anything. They are absolutely inept. Also, I agree with the comment about the customer service number- there is no way to speak to the same person twice, no way to have a dedicated person handling your case. Every time I called, I had to start the story over again, and then of course they had to verify and reverify everything from the last 10 phone calls. It took 16 months to change the account name to my mother's and then close my deceased father's accounts. (We have a trust, no probate, this should have taken less than 16 months to do). AND, I just got a letter warning me of a new fee for no activity...on what you ask, since I've closed my accounts...well, they didn't close all of my accounts! So...yeah...they don't do anything right. It's been a long 16 months and I'm sick and tired of them! Save yourself a ton of headaches and trouble- a garbage bag full of cash under your bed is probably a better option.
