I only have complements for the way I have been treated, the assistance I have been given, and the efficiency of the transactions. Even though it is a much larger branch than the one where I was, the personal service and assistance have been at the same high level.

This bank has very inconvenient rules for shared banking users. They won't process anything for…read moreshared banking through the drive thru or on weekends. I called today and verified that they would accept my coins to exchange for bills and I was told yes. I verified twice before I drove there but, when I got to the bank I was told the opposite. They don't exchange coins for shared branching at all. Something to also note if you do bank with them, they will take your coins but, they don't process it until after hours and will only deposit it into your account instead of exchanging it for bills. They recommend that I take my coins to Walmart which you have to pay for. As a military member you don't want to switch banks at every base so it's important to find a bank who does shared banking but, this bank makes everything a hassle.

He went and found some options for me, which was good, but I didn't get an overall friendly vibe rather than the sense that he was just there to do a job. I do have accounts with chase, and I've never had a big issue, but I've also been to better branches where I do feel like if I ran into a problem they would go out of their way to help me. This branch, not so much. The drive through window workers are very friendly however, which I do like. Also I enjoy the free coffee that every chase branch has, but this branch certainly doesn't keep theirs warm or hot. Overall, this is a good place to go if you just have a basic issue or question, and you could do much worse.

I mean so helpful and so nice so I opened an account well, I wanted to invest in some porn currency and they said that they could get it for me well two days later I get a call from the Manager freaking out on me. I mean, he nearly lost his mind on me like I had robbed his bank I of his anger that he came after me and then said he was going to close my account because I ordered $100 worth of foreign currency blew my not illegal to have foreign currency and the guy that I ordered it from didn't see a problem with it so I asked him calmly what was the deal he refused I mean flat out refused to tell me why he wanted to close my bank account and kept saying that it was their prerogative to close any account that they wanted I don't understand. I still don't understand but the fact that he came at me like that was too much so I called the guy that I ordered the foreign currency from. He said he'd call me right back. He called and I missed his call breaks for nobody. I called back and a female front and freak out on me saying that she that they had the right to cancel my account. I was not by any I told her that that was fine. I just didn't know why wanted to do that and you would think that would be more than happy to tell you what the problem was. They just simply refused and kept going off on me so I told her to take the bank and shove it up her ass. I didn't even but I'm gonna give them a -10. I've never been so insulted in my life.
