Waited 20 minutes in line after wasting 10 minutes on the ATM's. I asked why there were no signs posted on the ATM's and the manager replied that the repair service was coming. I told him that by not posting the signs that he is wasting everybodies time and leaving us all wondering what is wrong with our cards. During my 20 minute wait he managed to put up signs. I also expressed my displeasure to the teller and her reply was that there will never be more than 1 teller because they are going digital. I give a 1 star rating because at least this time the lobby was open.

But what really gets me is that their ATM is often without available cash or is not functioning at all. This is especially annoying on the weekend when the lobby is closed. More than once I have been unable to make a critical deposit or left without resources unless I wanted to drive to the downtown branch, with no guarantee that the ATM there is working either. I don't know if the manager here realizes what an important part of good service a well-functioning ATM is.

Our mortgage payment is put through on the first of the month, but KPEFCU doesn't process it for at least three days. Also, even though we have direct deposit, it sometimes takes them until 9am of payday to process it. They don't have an ATM so we are charged everytime we use one, and their hourse are so limited that I have to mail our deposits. They don't even have a drive through service! We have been with them for a year but are leaving now! Finally, they will charge you with all sorts of fees and payments for no reason! Don't use them!!
