They did my exam and told me they had to schedule my cleaning for a different day because they had no hygienists available! I've been going to the dentist for almost 40 years and have never not had my exam and cleaning the same day. They acted like I was crazy to expect that. So, I had to reschedule my cleaning for the next day I knew I had off work, which was approximately six weeks out, July 3. We scheduled it for 9am. It's been on my calendar. I show up - CLOSED!! No phone call, no text, NOTHING. These people are the absolute worst.

I've had one visit and the people were very friendly. The front desk and getting checked in was a very good experience and she was quite lovely. I felt I got good care although I felt I did need to advocate for myself on a few minor things. I didn't want them polishing my teeth before the hygienist had completed her scaling. It is not a good practice to polish teeth before all the plaque has been removed. They have quite a few staff members that do different things. They have two hygienist and then they have assistance that do the polishing. You can request having one person do the scaling and the polishing, but they can only accommodate that on certain days due to the lack of staffing?? So for my next visit, I will have one person do it all. They were quite accommodating. I think I'm scheduled with a different dentist for my next visit. I think I will see her and see how I like her. She is newer in her career, but I feel I might like to give her a shot. The jury is still out for me. I'll update in 6 months.

No lengthy forms to fill out and as soon as I completed the information sheet I was escorted by the Dental Assistant (Sorry I didn't get her name) to the back area and immedialy Dr Hambliin came in and introduced himself.
