When he finally did show up, he had the wrong color resulting in further delay. I asked for my deposit back and I have yet to hear from him (it's been over two weeks). If you risk him have a signed rock-solid performance contract to include materials lists, performance stds/schedules to include penalties if not performed as per the contract/schedule.
