I would strongly recommend this company. Recently roof work had been done by another local company to the roof of a home I purchased. The work that was done was incredibly poor. I reached out to Jared Langley Enterprise for some advice on this repair. First and foremost I was immediately impressed on their high level of care and concern for a customer. They made me feel as if I was the most important person in their day. They took incredibly steps to walk me through my issues and explain things in such a way that I could completely understand what was wrong with my roof. There's no doubt based on just the help over the phone they gave me that I will certainly be having them do all my repairs and my future remodeling that will be coming up soon and they will be my go to company for any roof work. You will feel at ease and like you have been long time friends with these folks from the first time you contact them. I will ensure my family members and friends use them from now on. Jared and his team always go above and beyond for their clients/customers. I trust no-one else with our home projects. We had an insurance claim on our roof after a huge storm hit our town. Jared made time for us and came to the house personally to take photos for the insurance company. He's basically an expert when it comes to getting a roof replacement covered by your homeowner's policy. Obviously he can't guarantee it, but he's worked with these companies for so long that he knows exactly what to say to them to get you the coverage you need. He also completed an inspection of some other items on the home and threw it in for free once we accepted his bid. Communication was great regarding the roofing schedule and when/how the roof tear-off and replacement would happen. All my questions were answered promptly and the gals and guys in the office are great to work with. The roofers were quick, polite and efficient, and left no mess. They even sprayed and removed a wasp's nest that I didn't realize was in the soffits on my garage. I highly recommend this company! read more

I totally recommend this company. Jared was so helpful in letting us know the type of roofing we should put on since we live in a very windy area. His office called to set up a start date and told us it might be delayed by a day or two weather permitting. I was totally impressed even though, we had been informed there might be a delay, they took the time to call me and let me know it would be another day or so. The workers were polite and kept the area as clean as possible while doing the work. They moved several planters and chairs I had not cleared out of the area and then put them all back when they were through. I had problems receiving my final insurance payment and Jared himself worked with me for the delay in receipt of our final bill. We selected J.Langley for our roofing job both for their good reputation as roofers but also because we knew we had fascia & other water damage that would need to be fixed. JL promised two separate specialized crews which would coordinate doing & timing the work so the right crew would be there when their part of the job needed to be done. Both crews did an excellent job on the work, the daily cleanup, & communication with us about special repairs that needed to be done. We were more than a little anxious entering into this with the uncertainty related to the extra work needed to repair the water damage, but the folks from JL made this a smooth process, so we're really glad we picked them. Even better - don't know how they managed this - but the day after they finished we got our first rain in over 40 days, presumably just to demonstrate how nice the new roof worked. read more

Most of the time we hear of complaints regarding people or service and very few compliments. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you and your employees. I've made several calls to roofing companies over the last year to get what I believe were minor repairs fixed on our roof. I'd leave messages and no return calls, or "we'll get someone to call you back", or promises of "we'll get you scheduled" and nothing happens. Finally, I placed a call to Jared Langley and I felt relieved and that at last I'd get my repairs done. At the beginning of February, 2020, during a windstorm a large pine tree in our yard was uprooted and fell on our roof. After three months of not hearing from our original contractor we contacted Jared Langley Enterprises, who quickly provided estimates (at no additional charge) and, as soon as the insurance details were settled, replaced the roof, repaired the damage to the attic, replaced the ruined chimney with a new wall, woodstove, and new siding (which I had been able to mill from the aforementioned tree), repaired the damage to the wiring, and repaired and repainted the living room ceiling and walls. All work was of the highest quality, much better than the original. Jared came out to give me an estimate on a roof that had been damaged by mold in my attic. Talking to Jared, I could tell he knew pretty much everything there was to know about codes, and especially working with insurance companies. This came in particularly handy to have someone with the experience to work with the adjuster along the way. Jared handled it all. The roofing crew was great. Supervisor Bill kept me informed on what was going on many times a day. The part I really liked was daily clean up. For four days, at day's end, there was no roofing material on my yard. We don't know much about roofing, so it was great to have Jared walk us through the options and give us advice on what is (and isn't) worth the money. He actually talked us out of a more expensive shingle because he didn't think it was necessary in our area. The crew showed up on time and knocked the project out in basically a day.
