It's virtually indestructible vinyl plank that looks like real beautiful hardwood flooring and it completely transformed the place. They were right about Kristina. Avoid this company and do not share your personal information with them. If the rent seems too low, there's a reason--it's either a scam to collect your info or there's a problem with the property. I learned this the hard way. As a first-time renter, I didn't realize people like this existed. Thankfully, I didn't go through with it. I won't go into detail, but if you decide to deal with them, keep records of everything in case you need to report them to the real estate council.
