They had our keys for a year and never came back. The cut in the vanity for plumbing is shockingly bad. The drain is grouted in and when we needed to clear the drain tonight, I cant remove it to check for hair in the drains. Grout is already cracking, tile edges were never finished properly. I am having work done at my house now with another company and it is unbelievable the difference.

Unfortunately, I did not notice the extent of the mess until after they had left our property. I contacted the owner, Frank, to discuss resolving the issue, and he assured us he would address it. We waited several months for the cleanup to be completed. Subsequently, during their cleanup the deck sliding door was inadvertently painted shut. I reached out to Frank again, who apologized and offered a complimentary power wash as compensation. When I attempted to schedule the power wash this spring, I was informed by Frank that the season had not yet begun. Upon asking for a suggested follow-up date, I did so as advised. However, during my next contact, he indicated that the company was too busy with larger projects and could no longer fulfill the promised service. I remained understanding and requested a confirmed date to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the promised date for the complimentary power wash passed without any follow-up or service from Jersey Boys. Overall, I have found the company's customer service to be lacking, and the quality of work has not met expectations. Working with them has been challenging and disappointing.

We recently had our hardwood floors redone by an outstanding contractor (see my previous YELP…read morereview at http://www.yelp.com/user_details?userid=WVZlDS78lAxgtby1BDwj4Q; by the way, we had Wentz Brothers back to complete the flooring in the home this past Summer of 2015--again, an outstanding job) and, as a result of the excellent work, our walls stood out as disgusting (which also applies to the addendum about which I write at the end of this review). They needed repainting and "some" fix-ups. We contacted RB Custom Painting and Drywall (recommended by the contractor who did our floors; see http://www.towncontractors.com/rb-custom-painting-and-drywall-absecon-nj-08205-drywallers). Rick, the highly professional painter and expert with drywall, came to provide a free estimate for repainting our dining and living room walls, which were original plaster, probably from the time of construction, over 100 years ago. His estimate was very reasonable; however, because of the cracks and extreme unevenness of the wall surfaces, he also suggested that these wicked "blemishes" be taped and these, plus the other uneven areas, be "feathered" (his professional term for using joint compound to make everything look totally flat). It took more than a week to have this work done, but it was TOTALLY worth the time and additional cost--the walls looked fantastic, especially as they complemented the new floors. As we surveyed the beauty we again noticed how other "blemishes" became quite obvious. The ceilings were warped and ugly and the risers on the newly-refinished stairs to the second floor were severely pitted, gouged and discolored (risers were not done when the floors, including steps, were refinished because this would have required replacing them--too expensive). Rick recommended refinishing the ceilings, to which we agreed because they clearly stood out as ugly and distracting, especially when compared to the other major improvements; and to refinishing, rather than replacing, the risers, which would not be stained to match the steps, but, instead, resurfaced and painted to match the walls (an off white), which, unbelievably, added accents to each step. The bottom line--it cost us more than we originally anticipated (but not by that much); however, the results were phenomenal and added many thousands of $$ above what we paid for the job to the resale value. Thanks for the really great work Rick! You are highly recommended! ADDENDUM: We were so satisfied with Rick's work that we asked him back to finish both the upstairs and downstairs of our home. In years past we painted, on our own, an extension that expanded the family/living area, daughter's bedroom before she finally got a place of her own, and the foyer that is the first room that guests view upon entry (it was obvious that amateurs did the jobs in all areas). Rick, paying attention to detail, did an outstanding job. Once again, I highly recommend him, if you can get him--he's quite in demand.

I've since been told by real contractors that it's the first sign to move on and look for someone else. They took 4 months to do a job that would take 2 weeks for a real contractor and still never finished. I finally fired them after the last of many no call no shows. When i finally called to see why he wasn't here his answer was" it slipped my mind". Now its off to small claims court.

They found a worn rubber flange around one of my stacks and also some missing top vent shingles. Replaced everything and charged $133 for the repair. Roof does not leak and all is ok. I am writing this review because a competitor wanted to charge me $3,000 to replace 3 sections of roof. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.
