We hired Jersey Boys to paint our deck in Cape May. During the painting process, there was…read moreoverspray that resulted in paint on the siding, trim, and windows. Unfortunately, I did not notice the extent of the mess until after they had left our property. I contacted the owner, Frank, to discuss resolving the issue, and he assured us he would address it. We waited several months for the cleanup to be completed. Subsequently, during their cleanup the deck sliding door was inadvertently painted shut. I reached out to Frank again, who apologized and offered a complimentary power wash as compensation. When I attempted to schedule the power wash this spring, I was informed by Frank that the season had not yet begun. Upon asking for a suggested follow-up date, I did so as advised. However, during my next contact, he indicated that the company was too busy with larger projects and could no longer fulfill the promised service. I remained understanding and requested a confirmed date to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the promised date for the complimentary power wash passed without any follow-up or service from Jersey Boys. Overall, I have found the company's customer service to be lacking, and the quality of work has not met expectations. Working with them has been challenging and disappointing.

He removed 40 year old wallpaper that I tried to do on my own for 15+ hours with little success. He then painted my kitchen to perfection. After that job, I called him to do major sheetrock repair and painting on short notice. He finished the job in one afternoon even though it was a 2-3 day job (I needed it done immediately as the house was going on the market the next morning). Once again, the job was done perfectly.
