This trip they had no raspberries and only very tiny strawberries which I wouldn't choose to buy if the regular size ones were there. There have been occasions where the head lettuce is terrible and I go to Sobeys and buy my fresh produce as I can always count on getting what I want there. I appreciate that the store is kept clean and the staff is pleasant. A big thanks to the lady in the bakery who went over and above to get some chocolate chip cookies for me.

Got sick of making purchases here and then finding the exact same items for as much as 4 dollars less at Superstore! This is for regular priced pc brand items, not items on sale. The latest issue was Morello's showed product on sale on their website; however, when I went to the store the price was different. The next day the price online was still showing on sale so I phoned and was told the item just went on sale that day (?) and would be on sale for the next seven days. Five days later the price had changed again. It not only was not on sale anymore, but had increased in price over and above the regular pricing. I called again and was simply told 'well that is the price then'. I am on a fixed income and pricing matters to me. That being said, I don't mind paying a little more for a better shopping experience; although, walking out of a store that leaves me feeling like I have just been ripped off is not the experience I am looking for. This is not an isolated incident with this store. I have experienced other head scratching issues over the past few years. This is just the last one I feel like shrugging off. Unfortunately I am now done shopping here. If it doesn't matter to you how much items cost, then you should be happy purchasing your groceries at Morello's. As I mentioned, the store is clean and the people are friendly. Too bad they leave you feeling like you don't matter at all to them.

I was there yesterday and a transgender female customer cut in line (rather than waiting in the cue she went straight to a check-out) She was dressed in a skirt and tank top and when the cashier who was directing the cue noticed that she had cut into the line the cashier yelled "SIR! you have to line up with everyone else". The woman was visibly upset by being called out and she just stayed in the line - I was advised to wait behind her. As the woman waited a gaggle of staff (near the Customer Service desk) proceeded to giggle, point and send other staff over to mock and ogle her. Once the woman left I proceeded. The the cashier directing the line apologized - to me. I was so disgusted that I am considering not going back to Dewe's. Grow UP! I have never been so embarrassed to be part of this community.

At least $25 of raw stomach turning chicken that stunk so bad that It made me nauseous.I didn't think if anything was marked down but still on the shelves that it would already be rotten. Wonder how many $ they made on garbage that others would have bought. There were many bags of it there. I don't think anyone would have gotten food poisoning because you couldn't get it past your nose. I will never buy meat there again and will question a lot of there other fresh products too.

We were in there last Saturday, 1st September and there were employees in every single aisle unpacking product. In the produce aisle we saw 4 people working. It seemed there was a ratio of 1 employee for every 5 shoppers. Every one of them cheerful and ready to help. Everyone of these great people are such an asset to No Frills and other stores should take a lesson from Marc. Well done.
