I absolutely loved it, and my daughter loved it even more. It was such an enjoyable experience for both kids and adults. The two owners were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the animals. You can tell they really care and love sharing what they know. They too about three hours to complete the grooming and I was able to watch from outside the window. I think they did a job but I don't know if I was completely thrilled. My dog had not been groomed I three much because she was recently spayed and I didn't need a lecture after I explained why I ad to wait an extra month since her last grooming. While I was waiting I was able to browse the store. I was able to get a decent size mat or my dog. They have a little bit of everything here and you can easily get lost in the store browsing the aisles for your pet.
