The trainers are super! Always assisting me, making sure that I do exercises in the right form no only to avoid injuries, but also to get results- one day Chris watched me doing a exercise with weights and she corrected by posture by a couple inches and BAM! What a difference!! -sore for 3 days! But results within 2 weeks!! Yah me!!! Trainers are literaly 'super trained" and accessible when I have questions! They always explain with clarity what is expected from each exercise and the way that it works in specific muscles, including the right weight, pace, and "very important" -control over the movement! But I prefer this gym over places like the Y because of the supportive atmosphere and no little kids playing on gym equipment. It's truly geared towards women which is nice.

She has a keen eye for proper form and offers personal adjustments which is my favorite kind of instructor. You will see and feel results when you start coming to her classes. I also love Jennifer's jump and Power Tower classes. I can feel every muscle working and it's a guaranteed solid workout. Plus she's so kind and friendly and the classes have great sequences. I purchased a package of private Pilates sessions with Teri as a gift for someone else and they absolutely love her attention to body movement and how their body feels after a 1:1. They say there is so much more awareness throughout the day of body position and posture and that they make corrections for better support. I have some body issues stemming from injury and flat feet (thanks dad) and caryn not only was respectful of them but also showed me how to modify certain stretches and sequences so as not to hurt myself or cause discomfort and also get the maximum stretch and strengthening. This morning I went to my first mat class (we had a private "family" class with my mom, me, our friend and her daughter) in probably 3 years and it was wonderful. Their new (well, new to me!) space is light, airy and just beautiful. Caryn is a fantastic teacher and is extremely attentive to all in her classes.
