5 Stars .This gym is awesome..I go Wednesday & Friday morning to the action takers group,which is geared towards seniors,coach Lou is amazing,she takes her time with us and makes it fun, coach Gus is pretty good as well. Everyone there is friendly and fun to be around..Highly recommend this gym,and the comradery is like no otheryou won't regret joining !!! read more

This is a cross fit gym for all ages and fitness levels! I'm in the senior class twice a week as well as occasional private classes just because. The owners/coaches are both phenomenal instructors with special knowledge of body functions, precise form with purpose, sensible progress expectations and a sense of humor, to boot. They have changed my mind totally from being quite negative about gyms to a true believer in them. read more

I am not a member at this gym but if I lived in Tennessee they would be my first choice! I came to do a tryout for a weightlifting team while visiting ETSU. Everyone was super friendly and there was a diverse range of athletes. When they did the open there was an overwhelming sense of community as the other affiliate members cheered each other on. read more

Fit 4 Life Farm sits on uniquely beautiful farmland and is the home to a family fitness facility and Excel Soccer Program. Since 2013, we have been providing a friendly and unique environment for the Limestone and surrounding community to grow in their fitness journey. We are proud to offer an indoor facility as well as an outdoor facility, with a regulation size soccer field as well as complete with obstacle courses so you can experience a fun way to fitness. Regardless of your age, knowledge, or ability, our staff will provide you with a supportive, yet challenging, experience so you can see the change you long for. Lourdes F co-owner and manager of Fit 4 Life Farm brings to you Limestone Community a love and passion for helping others. She graduated from Sacred Heart University with a BSW. She has spent over a decade in Indoor Facility Management and over 5 years in Soccer Club Management. Lourdes brings a passion for soccer, toddlers, youth and a desire to help people reach their goals of embracing a healthier more active lifestyle.

Listen, it's small for a water park. I've taken the kids a few times and they always have a blast…read more There are plenty of staff and lifeguards and they're all super friendly and professional. It can get busy after 1pm, so we go early. The upstairs balcony area is almost empty until 1230pm, so if you can't get an umbrella chair, it's a nice alternative. The slides are fast and the "lazy river" moves right along, too.

Worked out here for almost 3 years until work caused me and my family to move away. This is an awesome facility, one of the most unique you'll ever train at with many features that you cannot replicate anywhere else. I mean, how many gyms can you go to and do front squats outside with a view of the Appalachian mountains!? The people and the culture are what really makes Crossfit Glorified/Fit 4 Life Farm exceptional. You couldn't ask for a more fun group of people, from all walks of life, who just enjoy getting together and trying to help each other reach their goals. The coaches truly care about each member and you will definitely feel the impact of that commitment once you're there. Do yourself a favor and just go give it a try if you live in the area or are looking for a new community to be a part of and get in better shape while doing it. read more
