He started out with a 30 minute lecture on the anatomy his stretches would stretch out, and while the information was kind of interesting I could've done without it. Once we finished the session and I was doing the stretches at home I found they were doing nothing more than making another part of my body sore, so they were having the opposite effect of what they were supposed to, so I abandoned them. My body seems to have loosened up organically on it's own, so this problem seems to have solved itself. Overall I was disappointed in the value I got for my $85. The only thing that prevented the review from being a 1 star review is I found he was very patient in teaching me the stretches, so that's a point in his favor.

He is intuitive about people and uses this to find creative ways to draw out his clients onto paths towards better health. I am grateful for the small progressions we've made already and I look forward to so much more. I am admittedly not the easiest client to work with, but I am getting into the groove. Some people, like me, are a bit afraid to jump all in. But I think that fear does go away. Travis is a person who conveys hope -- nothing could be more important in encouraging people to embrace a healing journey, whatever that might look like. He is one of those rare human beings who genuinely cares about others. He has finessed the balance between being encouraging and challenging; this is not easy (especially with a sensitive type like me!). Working with you, Travis, is a gift. Thank you.

What you get from NME are workout classes (Strength, Spin, Tabata, Zumba, Pound - to name a few). You also get an AMAZING community. Aside from classes, NME frequently plans outings (white water rafting, axe throwing, etc) and events in the gym (meal prep, workshops to promote wellness). They really care about the WHOLE person, not just the packaging..... and I love this!! The last thing I want to add is that Cheryl, the owner, cares - about everyone. You'll see what I mean, if you try this place out. It's WAY more than a gym, it's a community. Everyone is welcome.

They will notice that you are new and help you get set up for class, and all the instructors make working out feel fun and inclusive. Regardless of your fitness level, you will fit in and feel welcome. The owner, Cheryl, cares about each member and takes the time to learn everyone's name- plus she's funny and entertaining to take class from, she helps you forget the pain of the workout (at least a little bit)! The only downside I can say is that it can feel a bit pricey if you're comparing to a monthly gym membership, but if you work out the per class cost it is really reasonable and definitely worth the extra money. Paying in advance for registered classes is great motivation to keep going to class, something I always struggled with when I had monthly memberships. Definitely check it out, especially if you are just getting started or getting back on track with your fitness/exercise journey- you won't regret it!

I just finished the 6-week challenge and had fantastic results:…read more- Lost 12.8lbs of fat - Reduced body fat by 5.4% - Learned how to challenge myself by lifting heavier weights than I thought possible! The staff are incredibly positive and encouraging (special shout-outs to Melinda and Josh!). The 30-minute training sessions are intense but they actually fly by with the trainers keeping you pumped up and focused the entire time - all you have to do is show up and move your body! Sessions always start on time and the gym atmosphere is great. I joined 360 Fitness because I felt generally flabby, lazy and out of shape. Although I already had a good amount of knowledge in sports and nutrition, I really needed some outside accountability to get me going. The 6-week challenge was really the kick-start I needed to re-gain my confidence and 'fitness momentum'. In just this short time I've seen a major change in how my body feels and moves, and I am so much more motivated than before to keep working toward my goals. 5 stars, A+, this place is great!

It started innocently enough.... My friend said "I'm thinking of joining a 6 week fitness…read morechallenge... and I need you to talk me out of it". Once I got the information from her... I couldn't do that. I decided we would join together! I'm so glad we did. We went together to meet with Rich for an info session. He showed us around the facility and explained a bit about how they work. He got to know us and understand our motivations for being there. We signed up for their 6 week metabolic makeover challenge and got to work. The gym has good hours and their app made scheduling a breeze. The trainers make you feel welcome and don't get annoyed if you don't know how to do something, or need a little extra guidance. I highly recommend this gym!
