Wow, am I glad this isn't my usual location! Other club locations are SIGNIFICANTLY better. The locker room is tiny and there is no pool. Drive the extra 10 min to the other location for a far better experience. I can't imagine what attendees are paying for this club that only has a fraction of the amenities that a LifeTime location should have. The whole building also looks dated.

I think this is my first time ever being a Y member! This…read moreis affordable and perfect for myself and kids. The location is super convenient which means we will get lots of use! So far we have been enjoying ourselves. We spend most of the time at the pool. The pool hasn't ever been crowded but we haven't been on the weekends. Every quarter til, they blow the whistle for "adult only swim". That is cool and makes the kids take a break and also I good time to leave if you can't get your kids away. We also signed up for swim lessons. I'm not a huge fan of the swim program this far. No opportunity to make up missed lesson and they are short staffed. We probably won't continue once school starts. The instructor seems to not be able to engage all kids in the group lesson and my kid did his own thing the entire 30mins. I attended a cycling class and that was fun. They have a "summer concert series" theme going on. Childcare is available and convenient. I love this option. There is a subway on site which we have used multiple times when we don't pack snacks for the pool. Over all, we love it here!

This Plant Fitness is a little larger in square footage than the location in GreenBriar and has more equipment to offer than the GreenBriar location. I only saw one staff member in the entire location, which is odd because I figured there would be more than one staff member working in the evening at the gym. He did make his rounds around the gym and was able to take care of the customers very well, so it was all good. I was impressed with how easy access I had to the gym equipment, and did not have to wait on a particular machine. Planet Fitness is a wonderful gym to work out and no one judges you whatsoever. The black card membership is a huge bonus because you can access the lounge for a hydromassage, massage chairs, or tanning beds. You can bring a guest to the gym for free and get a nice discount on merchandise. I enjoy Planet fitness because I get a good workout every time I come and I feel better afterwards. The Planet fitness Fishers location is terrific and hope to be back here for a workout very soon.

This PF has changed a lot since the last time I been here. They have gotten a lot of new machines which was definitely needed. I love how their membership fees are very reasonable. I pay $22 for my black card membership and I can bring a guest with me. I am able to utilize the massage machines. Plus they have a total body enhancement machine I can use. I was really impressed by how large their building as in how many rooms and classes they were able to host at the same time. they offer a small shopping area three dressing rooms and several different weights to coordinate with different classes. My particular visit was for the hot stretch class which included intense stretching in a heated room for 30 minutes. It seemed that this was just what my body needed after a few days of spin classes. Note that if you do not have a mat, you can rent theirs for two dollars as well as towels and water bottles. I also appreciated that their first sample class was only eight dollars for new customers. Often times the $20 for a first class at other studios makes it a bit too much when you don't know what you're getting into.

The customer service number is only for billing, it's not actually customer service to help with anything else. They transfer you to the local club front desk, who also doesn't know how to fix it. Super frustrating and after trying to get it fixed for three months, I'm canceling.
