I was going…read moreto just write about one area of this place but now I think I may have to add to this later...I mean they have a Yoga room you can go stretch in anytime unlike some place that close off the rooms if no classes etc. But I really wanted to focus on how when my back goes out I have to make the drive north (I live closer to Livrite INDY). It is the one place I can go to that has the water massage table that is better than any other massage I have ever had. It literally just takes the ten minutes of that, swim some laps, hit the jacuzzi and steam room and kind of hit the pool again, if needed and I feel like I can walk again. I love that they have areas all around that are peaceful , quiet and with comfy chairs. When I was younger I didn't need all of that but now it's nice to take a minute between exercises and have a little mindfulness. It is also nice to have more than a bench in the locker rooms to put on shoes etc. Sometimes Mary Kay ladies etc will leave catalogs and samples out as well and that is always nice to check out. They also have little micro fiber towels available and cleaners. The shampoo/body cleanser is nice too and smells good (just the fact they have it is huge). When I was there yesterday, they had bagels out and the trainer was in the kitchen making a plate.. I though to myself I'd better run---here comes the hard core sale- he never did that:) He was so nice and even let me take his picture. I love the books up front and that God has a place here. I love that it never smells like pot -- and is always clean. You feel safe here and can breathe easily even if you have asthma like me. The staff is always friendly and you feel welcome here. I have taken classes here etc and they have alot of equipment but today I wanted to focus on how it is more than just a place to workout. It is a place to get centered and heal. I love it.

I was lied to and my membership was upgraded without my knowledge by a member of the front desk…read morestaff here. When I signed up through my insurance provider for this gym's membership, I needed to finish the set up in the physical location. The person finalizing my membership explained that it was policy for a card to be on file, but specifically stated it would not be charged a fee and it was for things like drinks or whatever I may need at their gym shop. The first of the month rolls around and I noticed a charge from the gym without explanation, while I am 14 hours away from the gym. I instantly assumed someone used my card for a snack, so I called my bank to report fraud and get a charge back. Thankfully that processed and I quickly canceled my membership through my insurance portal. I have since been receiving multiple notices that I am getting late fees for not paying this mystery monthly charge even though my membership is canceled and was specifically told nothing would charge to my card on file except for anything I purchased from their gym shop. When I called to speak to someone about this, I discovered that the woman who activated my membership also took it upon herself to upgrade my membership after telling me I would not be charged anything because I "already paid." I am very thankful for the gentleman who quickly took care of this mistake for me, told me he would discuss the situation with his manager, and address the employee who decided to put fraudulent charges on my card, but overall this was a wildly disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this location and if you do, be sure to keep an eye on your bank statements.

My trainer missed my class but stuff happens. I would prefer this gym and this location since it's newer but the traffic is bad especially with the construction and the holidays so weekends are only my only option if I want to waist 30+ mins driving there and the same driving back home. But it's the cleanest gym around... probably because they are brand new but let's hope they keep it that way. I love the hydro massage chairs. They are included with membership along with the tanning. This location is open 24 hours! If you live close it's a wnner.

It definitely gives me the old school gym vibe. The people are extremely nice, and they even have a gym puppers named Gracie. It has everything from Cross Fit to weightlifting to powerlifting which I think is great because they cater to more than one strength training group. I can tell you this, I WILL be back!! I absolutely loved it here and it is great for a killer workout.

Review of Fling Bungee Fitness:…read more I don't know what kind of sorcery this place is, but somehow I pay money to fling myself around, sweat like a maniac, and thank them for it. And it is worth every single penny! Every class feels like a mix between a comedy show, a workout, and a mild exorcism. The instructors are basically personal trainers with main character energy -- they'll destroy your quads, hype you up like a rockstar, and still make you laugh mid-burpee. I came here for fitness. I stayed because therapy is more expensive, and honestly, my abs haven't stopped crying (or laughing) since. You'll never regret walking in the doors.

I think this is my first time ever being a Y member! This…read moreis affordable and perfect for myself and kids. The location is super convenient which means we will get lots of use! So far we have been enjoying ourselves. We spend most of the time at the pool. The pool hasn't ever been crowded but we haven't been on the weekends. Every quarter til, they blow the whistle for "adult only swim". That is cool and makes the kids take a break and also I good time to leave if you can't get your kids away. We also signed up for swim lessons. I'm not a huge fan of the swim program this far. No opportunity to make up missed lesson and they are short staffed. We probably won't continue once school starts. The instructor seems to not be able to engage all kids in the group lesson and my kid did his own thing the entire 30mins. I attended a cycling class and that was fun. They have a "summer concert series" theme going on. Childcare is available and convenient. I love this option. There is a subway on site which we have used multiple times when we don't pack snacks for the pool. Over all, we love it here!

I'm still relatively new to crossfit, having started just a couple months ago and I was nervous about dropping in, but given all of the great reviews, the close proximity to my mom's house and their responsiveness to my initial inquiry over email, I decided to give it a shot. And I'm so glad that I did! This gym is squeaky clean, has plenty of equipment, LOTS of space, fitness apparel, protein powder, snacks and even child care! And despite me being a newbie, I felt very welcomed by all of the members and coaches there. The owner, Bryn, was especially helpful in orienting me to the workouts and spent a lot of time helping me with my form/technique. I really enjoyed the 3 crossfit and 1 BEATS classes that I took and look forward to returning to Three Kings when I'm back in town, in the future.
