The energy, positivity and genuine care the instructors have for their students is amazing! The Power Yoga at 5:30 PM with Sylvia left me feeling like I had gone through a much needed massage and the Recharge Yoga at 5:15 AM with Megan was so relaxing and soothing. I highly suggest this place...$10 for your first session and if you don't have a mat, you can borrow one for free! Oh and super cool to get to sample some aromatherapy oil to enhance your breathing during the sessions!

RUN!!! DO NOT WALK AWAY, RUN!!! Went in for some low cost yoga/pilates classes but they were…read moreinsistent on selling me outrageous packages. After I was given a tour and asked repeatedly "so what do you think, you want to work out here, right?" we sat down at the young man's desk and he proceeds to take out his green pen. that's an old car sales trick, green is meant to pacify you and get you to spend money. he proceeded to tell me about every package ever sold at mf. at the end of his schtick the paper looked like a plate of green eggs and ham, it was bleeding green. i told him it was all too confusing, so many packages jumbled all on one piece of paper. i stood up to leave and mr sales guy gets upset, his cohorts get upset and are all talking to me from their desk. all of them saying things like "you will be back" "you won't find a better gym" "we are the best", i realized later they say this to convince themselves. poor bastards. i can see that this is the beginning of the end for mf.
