I needed help to get back into shape. I got the help here. Mike helped and has been training me. He adapted his training regimen to meet my goals and fitness level. I am stronger and healthier. His education and personal commitment to fitness definitely made a huge positive difference. I have been going to VPR for about 6 months. I haven't felt results like these since I was in my 20s.
