Had a wonderful experience! Caleb was hand down the best and will be booking my next session…read moresoon....real soon. The staff is awesome and so welcome. Great to have something like this in SS.

Having been a business owner for most of my working life I try to evaluate my personal experience…read moreof a business with the stress of owning a business. Unfortunately this business failed to follow the Golden rule of the customer matters. My sister has MS. For those of you who understand the disease you know it comes with a lot of pain and a multitude of other issues. For my sisters birthday I wanted to get her a massage. Massage really helps her to stay more flexible and relieve pain. After much research into the various places she could go I chose Healing Hands and in particular Shanequa as a therapist. My sister was disappointed that it would take six weeks to see her but was willing to wait. I paid over the phone for the session and my sister called and booked the appointment. One day before her appointment (she had waited six weeks to get this appointment) I got an email stating they needed to contact my sister due to a scheduling conflict and they didn't know how to get ahold of her (wait a minute, she called you to book the appointment- where did her contact information go)? I called my sister and had her contact them. She called back in tears - they told her they had a scheduling conflict - huh? She waited six weeks for an appointment with a particular therapist and now there is a conflict? Ok, well maybe she was out -no-maybe she wasn't working that day - no - after repeated attempts to get another day they flat out told her she would have to see someone else-what the heck- this is extremely unprofessional. My sister had the impression that this therapist was always overbooked and maybe the call to see someone else was normal operating procedure. No matter what the problem is - it is unprofessional and definitely didn't take into account that an MS patient waited six weeks to get an appointment and when she offered to come another day was told no way - see someone else. We will be seeing someone else but not there. Shame on such poor business practice - remember it wasn't an issue of rescheduling after waiting six weeks -it was a matter of not being able to get an appointment with her -sounds like bait and switch - how sad.
