As I waited for my chair massage, a male and female tech were clearly arguing loudly with each other. The male tech ended up doing my chair massage and right away, he was extremely heavy-handed. I stopped him and told him, and he was much lighter for a few minutes. I had to stop him again towards the end of my massage because he put his elbow into my spine, causing pain. He clearly does not know what he's doing at all. When I paid, he asked for a tip. I told him no, and that he hurt me. I always believe in tipping 20% or more for good service, but this was far from that. Sadly, I probably will never return.
