She trains out of Fit 4 Life in downtown Lawton and occasionally off site locations (like the park and high school track). I have worked out for many years and I found Mandy's positive personality and energy to help MY motivation. She has been involved in fitness for many years and has a strong background in gymnastics. Her boot camps are held M, W, F. The classes were absolutely phenomenal. Workouts could help the most fit or be tailored to help the least fit (or injured). Mandy is also a Beachbody coach and does nutritional counseling. She is not only an outstanding fitness professional, but also an inspiring coach and mentor. Her prices are also VERY reasonable! If I lived in Lawton again, I would undoubtedly return to work with Mandy!

You can't…read morejust go there because they keep their doors locked and if you're lucky enough to catch somebody that actually works there at the front desk no one will answer or open the door so if you try to call they will see it ringing but won't answer it or they will just disconnect there number completely. it's almost like they use that place for colt activities cuz no one ever goes their it's empty 24-7 but you wonder how are they paying the bills....i been try to go in there for over 3 months now and there is no way to talk to anyone or get in or even become a member to use the gym. I honestly think it's not even a gym for the public they might just be using it as a front for something else.....I never seen anything like this before...that's how bad it is just trying to get in the door don't even waist your time goin here there is no point..they people that are member witch is hardly any, had there membership for over 5 years so they had it before the changes and they even said they nvr see anyone working there and when they do go it's like they are the only ones with a membership it's almost like they let 1 person in at a time in the building.....in other words this place is horrible

I had heard lots of great things about Elite from friends but still remained hesitant to try it. They all promised me the same thing, this gym was different. Full disclosure, I had tried to work out on my own numerous times and until my early 30s was in pretty great shape, but at 44 I need coaching. I acknowledged that I needed someone to encourage me while making sure I was not injuring myself. I decided to go to one class at the urging of a friend who had been going to Elite since the beginning. I walked in prepared to be overwhelmed. I had negative thoughts the entire drive to the gym, playing the reel of gym failures in my brain. I pulled into the parking lot and was relieved that my friend was waiting on me. Upon entering the gym, I met Kim, the owner, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. Knowing I have issues with my joints, she encouraged me to ask for modifications. On this day there were about 10 other people working out with us. Kim definitely sets the tone for a positive environment which a welcomed relief after some of my experiences.
