I sent them my mitigation report in 2022 and they never caught it. I am not talking a few dollars here. I am talking to probably $1,000 or more that they took from me. When another company told me I was not getting the credit I immediately called and emailed them. Patty kept saying they are looking into it. Finally, I asked for The Errors and Omissions Policy and she keeps avoiding to provide it. Patty is putting the blame on Citizens that they did not want to give he credit to me. This is the agents error. They are supposed to be checking all of this as my agent failed to do so. I asked in 4 additional emails for the Errors and Omissions policy to Patty and Kay the owner and they are both ignoring me emails. Very unprofessional. If you are with them make sure you double check your policy.

She kept the money, never paid the insurance company, and doesn't answer emails, text, phone calls or Facebook messages. When I arrived ahead was finishing up with a customer. She put the sign that she was going to return. She was due for her break. She said she'd return in 15 minuted. I thought it was understandable. I waited and it was way more than 15 minutes. I'd more like 30. Which is okay. However she had no sense of attending to me. There was another couple waiting alongside me who mentioned they had been there 2 other times and there was no one at the counter. This time thwy waited pretty much the time I was there. I am hoping that when I return I will receive my charge. Note. I understand it is a small amount. However it is still $4.25 that I did not authorize the company to keep.
