I was cancelled by Universal. They dropped me after a 3 year battle regarding a claim for roof damage from a tropical storm. It was my only claim in 25 years. Since a damaged roof cannot be insured, I reached out to Mendez & Assoc., and spoke with Al. He immediately guided me step by step on what I needed to do once my new roof was installed. His team set me up with the required mitigation inspection and had me insured the following day!! The quote was less than what any of my neighbors are currently paying, so I was happy.
