I go and work out there early in the morning and i've never seen a staff member during my session, though they are super friendly when I have seen them. Don't worry, their hours are posted and very visible. It's basically a gym-express. It has a little bit of everything and they do a lot with the small space they take up, but can't compete with a full-size gym. Basically one of every machine so if you go during peak time, you'll find it hard to get a workout in. Being from America, I'm used to having a locker room with showers, steam rooms, etc. This place has a common area with cubby holes and you put your things there, then you can have a shower. I guess the crime rate here is really low? lol... Americans have no shame. Your things are sitting in the middle of a room filled with people and your belongings will definitely disappear haha. I have to come here because of work and I do think it's a great gym for what it's for. Come early or late when you have the place to yourself and it'll be a great value for the money. Just know what you're doing and prob bring a partner so you don't hurt yourself. No one will find you until the morning :)

The club offers a variety of membership options, I opted for the gym and pool membership. I am recently relocated from the U.S. and I have to say that I am a bit surprised how much gyms in the area charge, especially when you consider that most are not 24 hours and have outdated equipment. This gym is no exception, they have an odd mix of very new equipment which is very clean and very old equipment, which is quite grungy. The restroom, shower and changing facilities for both the gym and pool are in desperate need of remodel or at very minimum commercial grade cleaning. The same could be said for the pool itself. That all having been said, I don't want to give the impression that the facilities are unhygienic as I am sure they are clean. They simply look dirty and worn. As for the variety of equipment, they certainly seem to have everything one could want or need, memberships often include classes and the fees are competitive with other local establishments. Although this location is not 24 hours, many memberships provide access to other 24 hour locations if you are looking for more flexibility in the schedule. I simply wish locals would stop settling for substandard quality at prestige pricing for various services such as this.

This tone is set by the instructors who show the same attitude, and are also really great at translating new concepts to people with differing levels of skill and physicality.
