Very knowledgeable real estate agents. They helped my family and I find our forever home. They offer owner finance.

I normally try to resolve issues privately, but after several experiences with Tricon Residential…read moreduring my lease I feel future residents should know what to expect. Earlier this year, a small fire occurred outside the house near the recycling bins during New Year's celebrations. It appeared to be caused by fireworks in the neighborhood. I personally put out the fire and immediately notified management. I even provided a video showing when a neighbor alerted me about the situation. Even though there was no evidence that I or anyone in my household caused the fire, I was informed that because there was no official fire or police report, the damage would automatically be considered the resident's responsibility. A small section of siding was replaced by two workers in about an hour, and I was charged $960 for the repair. I asked for clarification, documentation, and even discussed depreciation of the materials, but the charge remained. In the end, I had to sign a payment plan just to avoid further complications with my lease. This was not my first difficult situation while renting here. At another time, my window was damaged after gunshots in the area and getting the repair addressed was also a challenge. Situations like these make the experience very stressful for residents. My advice to anyone renting: document everything immediately and always request official reports (police or fire department), even if the incident seems minor. Without third-party documentation, you may still be held responsible for damages even if the cause is outside your control. I hope management improves how they evaluate these situations and communicates more fairly with residents. Be careful with this company, especially with their maintenance coordination. The AC unit works when it wants to, now it's not working at all. They can't come out until next week. I was the. offered that I stay with a family or friend. Huh??? What does that mean, then I said I don't have family or friends here. She says well maybe you could get a hotel , and it maybe reimbursed or discount next months rent. It's so hot in this house the floors are wet. Can't open the windows because there aren't any screens on them.

The long version : At the beginning of 2024 I was informed that the rent on my apartment was going to be increasing yet again, and despite the state of the housing market I decided it was time for me to go ahead and look for a place of my own. After attending one of Angel's home buying seminars I reached out to let her know what I was hoping to find with a new home. Angel quickly took my long list of requirements and helped me to locate the perfect place nearby the medical center. She was absolutely on top of every aspect of the home purchasing process, which was a great relief for me as things were getting crazy at work which left me with little spare time to focus on home buying. Angel is definitely not just a "door opener". She brings years of experience and knowledge of the Houston housing market to the table, and knows all of the ins and outs. She has your back and makes sure you don't get taken advantage of and feel informed throughout the process. I will definitely be recommending her to any of my friends or family looking to buy or sell in the Houston area, and I will be going to her for any future needs as well. 10/10 top notch experience. Thanks for getting me home, Angel!

As first-time homebuyers, my fiancé and I appreciated her honesty and keen insight on each home we visited. When our transaction ran into some unexpected issues, we thought it was game over--but Angel was able to turn the situation around. She always went above and beyond to move our purchase along, and never left us in the dark about what was going on. Through this experience, we've observed that Angel adapts quickly to changing circumstances, and is clearly committed to her clients' needs. For anyone looking to buy a place, especially first-time homebuyers, we absolutely recommend working with Angel.

Let me start of by saying that the property that I was attempting to lease is STILL up for rent…read more This company could've been profiting my hard-earned money since February. I'm actually happy to see that they haven't leased it out but not surprised due to their ridiculous stipulations. I do although feel like I dodged a bullet and saved myself the headache. My husband and I recently had a baby and this property in Denver Harbor was convenient for us considering my in-laws live here and my mother in law babysits her when we go to work. I don't think many people with "perfect credit" would opt to live here but it seems like that is what the owners of Bluebonnet Rentals are looking for (good luck). We don't have perfect credit scores, and if I did, I'd be looking to purchase, not rent a home. My father-in-law even co-signed for us which put him in a financial responsibility for the lease of the house as well. Apparently that was not enough for Mrs. Fang. Typical leases for homes ask for 1 months rent as a deposit but she had the audacity to try to take advantage of me and ask for TWO months rent as a deposit. She also proceeded to question me about my emotional support dog that I've had for 3 years. In case you didn't know, legally, a landlord is not allowed to charge you rent for an emotional support animal. "Under Federal Fair Housing Laws, Emotional Support Animals must have access to apartments with a no-pet policy and are exempt from pet-related fees. Pets that provide people with comfort have unique housing rights. ... Emotional Support Animals help aid with an emotional or mental disability." Mrs. Fang couldn't stand the fact that I would not be required to pay a pet deposit or rent for my dog so she kept asking me, "So you have an emotional support dog? You NEED emotional support?" Almost as if it was absurd or unheard of. This conversation with her completely rubbed me the wrong way and at first, I was willing to let it go and move forward with her requirements she asked of me but ultimately decided Bluebonnet Rentals would not be the right fit for me or my family. I am writing this review to bring awareness about this company and the unprofessional behavior I encountered. I am happy that I am not stuck in a contract with these people.
