Our wedding was to be in the summer and were actively taking our dance lessons during the winter months. My husband had gotten sick a couple of times and we cancelled early the day of, but sometimes it does not come on right away and you don't feel up to dancing for an hour. We only cancelled twice. We took about 5 or 6 of our classes only because our last session number 5 or 6, we felt extremely uncomfortable with her. She got very upset at us saying that we didn't practice, which we did, and saying we weren't trying or listening, in which we were giving it everything we could. After her cold demeanor and nasty comments from that class, we chose to not continue any of the remaining lessons. We were there to learn and not to get yelled at. We are willing participants and deserved a little bit more compassion and kindness especially for how much we paid! She did not offer to give us any money back either for our remaining dance lessons that we did not use. Terrible experience and would not recommend! This was supposed to be an exciting thing to do for the most special day of our lives and turned out to be one of the worst experiences we ever had.

We wanted to do something a little different than the ordinary, that involved a combination of slow and fast dances (e.g., a mashup). We worked with Dasha and she was both brilliant and amazing. She choreographed the whole dance with us, all the while taking into account my very limited dance skills. She made the entire process fun and memorable for my daughter and me. And she helped put together an epic dance that my daughter and I will never forget. The wedding is now 2 weeks past and we (and others) are still talking about it. Thank you Dasha and the entire staff at Ballroom Center for helping us, and for providing such a supportive and encouraging environment. We can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate it. ~Ed

All the instructors are passionate about dancing and teaching. They tailor the lessons to my needs and goals. While the private lessons can let me focus on my own dancing, the group classes and parties are also fun to attend. I was nervous going into my first group class and party, but the instructors and students all made me feel very welcome. I look forward to going to the studio every week!

In the third periods, three out of four parents got nasty mails said we were late for the tuition. Macia wanted to charge each family $25 late fees. We were all surprised since the tuition is just $159 and we never late before. We talked to the teacher, Yolander, She called Macia. Macia did not want to talk to us(Next time when she met us, she pretended nothing happened), Simply told her that all of you need to pay the late fees. Yes, we did pay the extra $25. We quited the following year and joined other club instead. We think Macia only cares about money. In the all two years my daughter there. She never met us and talked with us once. You can judge how good this sudio is. But we want the family environment for kids.
