In this small/narrow section, I rarely find a decent time to train due to congestion. Would be nice if management actually gave some thought on getting the layout sorted. The relatively small (and narrow) area packs in - battle ropes - large tyre - boxing area - abs, lower back and fitness lat machines - TRX straps All the above crammed in with STORAGE (with people going back and forth) for kettle bells, bosu balls, mats, boxing gear, box jump gear...and the rest! Sadly, I'll be cancelling my membership and looking for an alternate gym

It has weights and running machines and medicine balls and other gymmy things…read more Quite small and compact inside but each individual machine isn't on top of each other and you can still have enough space around you to do your reps with people walking around. It's also not overrun by giant body builders dominating all the weights and space which I think makes any newbies a little more comfortable. The staff aren't very friendly - no smiles, no hellos when you enter (and I've been going there 3-5 times a week for 10 months now...) unless you seem to be paying the extra $ for the personal trainers. It's fine for focussing on what you want to do and just getting on with your workout, whatever your goals may be.

What's most impressive about this gym is that it boasts some of the widest range of equipment and floor space in the gym industry. There are a lot of classes and personal trainers available. With different membership packages available, your access and price range is somewhat adjustable. The change rooms are nice and clean and spacious as well. Attendance is quite robust and the staff look very engaged and cheery. The whole atmosphere of the gym is very welcoming. I still look forward to going each week and working out.

Open long hours, all types of bodies and fitness levels at this gym. The indoor heated pool is well…read moreorganised with good signage...people obey the lane rules...a plus for me. Anyone who has had a neck injury because someone has hogged the lane would appreciate this. The spa is clean and the pool assistant checks on the area frequently. The sauna is piping hot....I mean the atmosphere...oh I mean the temperature....gee take it how it comes. Ha The gym area upstairs has a huge range of fitness equipment. You can pull every muscles in every direction in this area. Good flat screens show the latest TV shows. The area is very much self contained from the other areas and you can't hear the huffing and puffing. There are squash courts, a tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool. This place has everything. Now for the best bit there is a bar here. Work out with friends then have a drink afterwards. There are also not many youngsters....too expensive for them and their parents.
