I wish I could give a 10 star review! Fitness Quest is the Only place to go for your physical therapy needs. After suffering a fractured patella, but also having had 3 previous left hip replacements, I was quite choosy over who was going to provide my physical therapy. I had been to other therapists in the past but never had the wonderful experience I did with this great group of people. The reviews on Fitness Quest convinced me to choose them. The facility is spotless clean and all the employees from Terry at the front desk to all the therapists and therapy assistants are friendly, professional, devoted and sincere. I had the great fortune to work with Jerri Lyn (J.L.) and Jenn. Loved them both. When I started there, I could barely walk or flex my knee. Their compassion, knowledge, devotion and encouragement let me leave therapy completely recovered and actually in better shape than I had been even after my hip replacements. The exercises to strengthen my knee also helped my hip and they even took time to help me with an issue with my foot. I can't say enough good things about this place and the people. I know in the future if I have to have a knee replacement or any other orthopedic concerns, I would never go any place else. Their level of skill they possess, their patience and compassion definitely contributed to my full recovery. As a 70 year old former "weekend warrior" whose left knee was severely injured at age 6 and many times more over the years, I waited until now to have full replacement surgery because my quality of life was finally diminished to the point where it was the obvious choice. It has been my exceptional good fortune that my Oct. 11 surgery went well and that a physical therapist I know who now practices outside this area endorsed Brian Duffy and Fitness Quest and strongly suggested that I make an appointment. Having just completed my sixth and final PT session, I can't adequately express my gratitude for the wonderful work that Brian and his team did to get me to the point where I am walking like a normal person and can swing my golf clubs without pain and with proper balance. Fitness Quest Bradenton was crucial to my full recovery after surgery. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. I worked primarily with Kristopher Pollock. His expertise was obvious from day one. Kris helped me attain full range of motion after a complex shoulder surgery. He gave me his full attention during each appointment. He helped me to have a clear understanding of the work I would need to do on my own. I also worked with Sharon a number of times. She was fantastic! Very helpful and motivating. Brandon worked with me a few times toward the end of my treatment. Again, he was skilled, communicated clearly, and really helped in my recovery. With osteo and rheumatoid arthritis and other physical deficiencies, I was very fortunate that Dr. Connolly referred me to FITNESS QUEST for PT. In the course of 8 years with neurological and arthritis, I have used at least 5 different Physical Therapy in the Bradenton Area. The first time that Kelsey Kravec Deery saw me for an evaluation, she gave me more information as to what they (She and Shari Denson) would do to help with the problem. When she saw that the procedure was not doing what she thought, she suggested that I talk with my family doctor and see after getting with the other docs involved what might be best and changed for a better outccome. The other person in this business, Brian Duffy was not involved in my treatments, but always was courteous and spoke when I entered into the PT area. This was my fifth orthopedic surgery/rehab and my first engagement with Fitness Quest. This was the best physical therapy experience of my life! It has taken more than three months of work to rehab from a previous Achilles reconstruction and knee replacement. Kris and Sharri have been amazing. I researched Bradenton area Physical Therapists and I'm so happy that I found this one. Basically a healthy 80-year-old, I was having problems with pain while walking and balance. I wanted these problems to go away, of course, but I also wanted to understand the process, so that I would be able to remain active and be able to travel. Well, I got lucky. At Fitness Quest, I primarily worked with Dr Kris Pollock and Emily. I never asked either of them a question without getting a full and detailed answer. I learned PT procedures, their purpose, how to identify a weak muscle, how to isolate it, how to strengthen it, and how to transfer my therapy home. I feel empowered thanks to the approach of this excellent office. I couldn't be a bigger fan of these professionals and their craft. The office scheduling, etc., was also professional. I was referred to Fitness Quest Physical Therapy in October 2023 to help with dizziness, balance issues, brain fog, and memory glitches due to Vestibular Neuritis. My quality of life had been greatly affected, and I was feeling rather desperate. I had some doubts going in. After 12 weeks of working with Kristopher and other therapists and trainees on the staff, I was able to walk away much improved. Kristopher was a tremendous help in keeping me focused and motivated to follow through with the exercises at home after each session. I went to Fitness Quest because I have lumbar spinal stenosis and a little bit of scoliosis. We worked on my spine and hips to get me out of pain, taking less medication, and moving better. I can now better do the things I enjoy in my everyday life. I can't say enough about the professionalism and capabilities of the therapists there. I am a PTA, but recently found myself having to be a patient instead of a therapist when I experienced a problem with my shoulder. I experienced outstanding physical therapy. The therapists were knowledgeable, professional and informative. I started at this office only about two weeks post reverse shoulder replacement. They helped me have realistic expectations while also guiding me to strive to achieve progress. I needed to rebuild both leg and back muscles and the exercises I was given and especially the tips for isolating the muscles were extremely helpful.
