After just a few weeks I felt more energetic and started to feel myself trust my body more. My teenage daughter comes with me as her schedule allows and although we are there together and even do some of the same things our workouts are customized to us. Rob is very good at what he does. When you walk in, you mark on the sign up sheet where you want to start and then check in on the tablet. It was also hard to hear the coach at times because of the music, bad acoustics or not a loud voice but you figure it out if you've been to an OTF before. Unlike other studios, they had a Lost and found area with a lot of water bottles which was nice and they had mud mats to put your shoes. Communication was also posted about how to cancel your membership, which was helpful. You typically have to do it a month in advance and talk with someone. Parking was pretty easy as it's a shared lot with other establishments. Near Target and across the street from Whole Foods, as well as gas stations.
