I had previously ordered shirts for my daughter's team from another company, but they came out dull, lacking color and detail--they looked unfinished. My daughter was heartbroken. Skokie Printing not only accepted my t-shirt printing request, they also graciously cleaned up the image I wanted without me asking or realizing it had to be. I've never ordered shirts to be printed until now, so I don't know much about it. I didn't realize the graphic I'd submitted would come out blurry or pixelated if it had been printed the way I'd sent it in; that's how clueless I am about shirt printing. I only realized later. And this is to no fault of the artist who designed the graphic for me. I must've done something unknowingly after I received the file. I'm thankful for Jonathan's initiative and professionalism. I went to Angelo's for my Apple laptop that got damaged from a fall. I was initially looking at a good $500 repair from most places and knew it was hopeless. But luckily I stumbled upon Angelo's via Google search and to my surprise he fixed my laptop screen like it was brand new all within half the price which other places offered. Angelo was also very humble and kind as he unfortunately sustained an injury prior to that week and I knew my laptop was going to be fixed in at least 2 weeks due to his injury. But Angelo didn't waste any time and somehow fixed my laptop screen with just one hand in a matter of a few days. Though I hope I don't come across anymore computer related issues, I'll gladly go to Angelo for any computer issues I may come across. I have never worked with a business so dedicated to helping its clients achieve the result they want. These guys will walk you through any questions you have, make sure you're satisfied BEFORE the manufacturing process. And their turnaround is incredible. Our mistake - we had a CD release show coming up and ran out of a bunch of sizes of our tees. About five days before the show, I put another order in. I didn't expect them to be ready, I even made an order sheet for folks at the show who wanted to buy a size we didn't have. I mentioned the show in conversation to Darren, never asked for the tees to be ready by that date. And then the afternoon of the show, I get a voicemail message. "Your t-shirts are ready whenever you want to pick them up!" Dang. THAT is how you create customer loyalty.
