I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. That's not really a great thing to say to a customer where they will be worried if the work will be subpar or if the car will come out with an IED strapped under the carriage when you pick it up. I would encourage the business to not say things like that to customers and encourage their workers not to discriminate based on background. It's understandable that tensions are high in that regard, but business is business and we are all in the USA.

After two years and countless scratches on and under my bumper, another high end car shop doing other work on my car confirmed that the Xpel "wrap" and the plate both saved my bumper and paint job. I brought my Tesla back to Ross and he replaced the wrap and confirmed that the car was protected by his original wrap.It looks fantastic it looks brand new. Fix the staining on the driver-side door 2. Fix staining on the back seat interior 3. Complete general interior detailing David started with the lowest-priority item first, which I was initially fine with because he said he needed to get paint/dye to address the staining. I was actually encouraged that we were making progress and agreed to prepay for those materials, which turned out to be a big mistake. For the past month, I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with David and DPM Auto Pros, with no success. I have been completely ignored. There has been no follow-up, no proactive communication, and no effort to complete the priority work we discussed and that I prepaid for. It has now been over a month since I paid for the materials, and I still have no resolution. At this point, it is both frustrating and disappointing. Writing this review means accepting that I likely lost $200 to a company that does not intend to finish the work it agreed to do. Unfortunately, because I paid through Venmo, I have very little recourse beyond sharing my experience publicly. I am now looking for an alternative detailing company to do the work I asked (and paid) David and DPM to do in the first place. The beginning of the experience was excellent--quick communication, easy scheduling, and I felt confident I had chosen the right shop. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after I dropped off my car. I dropped it off on a Tuesday with a promised completion date of Friday. Friday came and went with no updates. After multiple calls and texts on my end, I finally heard back on Sunday and was told it would be ready the following Tuesday. I was also offered a complimentary interior detail for the inconvenience, but that never happened. When I finally received my car, there were numerous bubbles under the PPF. I was told to give it a few days for the installation solution to evaporate before reaching back out. I did exactly that, but weeks later many of the bubbles are still there (see photos). David initially responded and told me to bring the car back about two weeks after the install for an inspection. Since then, I've received no response despite multiple calls and texts. It's now been four weeks, and I've essentially been ghosted with no opportunity to have the issues corrected. To make matters worse, the warranty requires annual inspections. If the shop can't schedule a follow-up inspection that was supposed to happen two weeks after installation, I have little confidence they'll be there to support the warranty in the future. The experience started with great customer service but ended with poor communication, missed commitments, and an installation that still has visible defects. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DPM Auto.

I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. So with either tint removal or actual tinting services, these are your guys! Plus they are reasonably priced. Thank you Super Tinting!
