The toilet bolt rusted and broke off, surprised me as that bathroom was put in just ten years ago. Fitz It Right came out same day for the repair. Roberto was great. Pulled the toilet and found the toilet was never properly seated. The wax ring wasn't compressed and the flange below had also corroded (due to the poor work of the install contractor). Dan, our plumber did a great job. He fixed our leaking bathtub faucet and replaced the stem to our cold water handle. Furthermore, he changed our toilet gasket and placed spacers to level it out. Our toilet no longer shifts or rocks. He even did some maintenance by cleaning our toilet flushing jet, which we hadn't asked about. Awful Experience. I phoned Fits it Right to replace a broken shower drain. Two men arrived and one went to Piersons for parts. They put a kitchen sink drain in my shower pan. They did not ask if this was ok they just did it. Then charged me over $300.00 for it. When I told them I was not happy as it was not safe and it is a SINK DRAIN!!! They told me I could by the parts at Piersons that I wanted they would come install, or they would order the "mobile home" part from Century Mobile. So I agreed to have them order the same drain they had at Piersons from Century , just so they would cover it. Then they did not get back to me for about 10 days. So I called Century Mobile and spoke to Doug. They carry the drain IN STOCK people!!! And Fits it Right NEVER called them for it. I text Fits it Right and let them know "The part they (never) ordered was in" LOL!!! They got back to me and said oh your right ,it has arrived. So completely dishonest. They got the part and sent Danny to install it. Thank you Danny for being competent. Now I have a shower drain, not a sink drain in my shower. I also have to say I am the property manager at Humboldt Bay Mobile Estates, 9 years I have been here. I phoned Fits it Right to make my life easier and it was a pain in the rear to say the least. I highly recommend this company! We recently had a party at our home and with 50+ people someone ran over the garden spigot in the yard. It created a geyser and the only way to shut it down was to turn off the main water supply at the front gate. This disabled all the toilets and sinks in the house. Fitz It Right was able to come out immediately after hours in a weekend to cut the pipe and capped the leak. They saved the party! We had several people staying the night and we were able to shower and use restrooms for the rest of the weekend until the spigot was replaced on Monday. The price of repair and new spigot was very reasonable especially for an after hours emergency repair. We will use them for any plumbing projects in the future. read more

Less than zero. Poor management practices, taking on more work than they can actually do, rushing through the job, sloppy work, horrible communication skills. Poor carpentry skills, poor plumbing skills, inappropriate talk about his "wiener" and bragging about his wife being 20 years younger. No show was the last straw after waiting 2 months to have a 1 day job finished. So many issues that I finally fired them and went with the company that helped me identify and suggest corrections to the work they did that failed on every level. Don't hire them, they will not get back to you within any reasonable time even if the work they did is leaking profusely. I wish I could give 0 stars honestly. I wouldn't hire this company If they were the last plumbers on Earth!!! First of all the receptionist is so horribly rude. She constantly interrupts you and talks over you, not listening to a word you say! And then she lied about making contact with my landlords and blamed it on me because she didn't hear my address correctly! what does that have to do with calling my landlords.. they know the address. Lol Next, when my landlords called them and asked to come right away because it was an emergency, they said they would be by after another job was finished. I waited from 11 am until 7 pm, canceling all of my appointments for the day, and no one showed up, or even called. Immediately the next day we called someone else to come over and they came THAT day within 4 hours. (Call Fleck and Perry!) They fixed the major leak I had right on the spot. I kept the standing appointment with Fitz It because I had other major work that needed to be done and the landlords wanted estimates, naturally. I called Fitz It this morning to communicate and the incredibly rude receptionist said "we canceled all further work on your house and we will not be coming to do estimates." I said excuse me?? She said "yep. You hired another plumber last night so we decided we wouldn't be coming to do any estimates. Thanks." I asked who they canceled with.. nobody. They just decided they would flake out again! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Completely baffled by how rude and childish these people are, all I could do was hang up in utter disbelief.
