An embarrassed colleague interrupted his meeting to let him know I was waiting and he forgot about our appointment. He never came out to meet me and at least apologize. He never even tried to reach out to me to maybe arrange another appointment. It also took two solid days to get a return call to meet with someone to consult. The web site looks very impressive and I was excited to move forward and meet with the CEO! As inconvenient as it was to gather all my records and drive to Sandwich and wait and wait and wait, I'm so glad it ended there! Seriously am very upset and discouraged. Again, stay away!
