Chuck and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Amazingly punctual, the day starts at 7 AM, they work with a precision of a finely tooled machine. We had a team of 6, lead by Marcellus, every man was polite, professional and very respectful of our home. At the end of each day the area was cleaned and organized for the next day's work. So,.. I called "Fitzgerald Painting" as per a recommendation,.. But they aren't interested in my business,... At first they said ; "We will get back with you to setup an Inspection for an estimate." They called back today and said ; "We are busy until August, Sept, call back then." I said ; "I'm willing to wait until then to get my house painted, if its going to be the right job, at the right price, but, why can't I get the Estimate now ?" They said ; "Well, we are very busy, and then Chuck needs to take some time off for a family matter. And,.. if you're going by price, we would most likely be the Highest Price, if not Double anyone else's price". Well, ok then,... So,... don't waste your time calling "Fitzgerald Painting". As unlike the other firms who were more than happy to come and spend 30 minutes to do an Inspection, and give me an Estimate,... Fitzgerald Painting assures me that they Do Not have that amount of time to spare, and,.. they that they Will cost More than anyone Else, possibly Double everyone else's Bid. My husband and I recently moved into our home. We are in the process of remodeling it. The first project we decided to do was to have Fitzgerald painting come out and paint the interior of home. I have hired many painters in the past, but Fitzgerald's is by far the best I have encountered. I met with Chuck before the project began and he sent out a courteous crew of 3 to do the work. The crew treated my home as if it was their own. The crew started and finished in a timely manner. The paint and trim looks perfect and the crew cleaned up after the project. The owner came out to give me a quote and I was very surprised when a couple days later he emailed me to inform me that they would not be providing a quote and refused service. He made the assumption that I could not afford his services and refused to provide an estimate. This was the textbook definition of discrimination. read more
