I had a wonderful experience with Arbor and E D Painting. I found them somehow online and liked what I read and liked Arbor when I spoke to him and when he came to give me an estimate on our job. We had a few areas that over the years had water damage that needed to be fixed including to 2 ceilings that had what they call a knock down texture on them. so they had to do some retaping and had to smooth out the ceiling to a flat, no texture, finish. He showed up with 2 guys that didn't speak much English but they were really lovely. They both had an app on their phones that would translate when u speak into it for when I needed to tell them something. We've lived in our 300 year old home for 34 years and have had our home painted SO many times by many different painting companies with mostly mixed results. We decided to try E D Painting and will never go with anyone else. Arber Dhima, the project manager, was very responsive and gave us a thorough and reasonable estimate and that never changed through the whole process. We've never had such care taken in the prep work the crew did on our historic home. Arbor's crew spent almost two weeks scraping and sanding as well as patching and caulking. It was tedious work but the crew of five worked tirelessly and actually seemed to be enjoying themselves (That may have been my imagination ). To a person, they couldn't have been more pleasant to have around and more respectful of us and our pets, even after someone's lunch was stolen by our puppy.
