The store is so big that I was at a loss trying to find toothpicks on one occasion, having carried out a far-reaching search I approached the customer services desk who were able to look up 'Toothpicks' on their system and tell me exactly which aisle number the toothpicks resided in as well as how many shelves from the top they were on. I was delighted by this considerate and very beneficial service. I was happy that my request was not met by a groan but instead empathetic understanding that owing to the large size of the store it is inevitable that a new customer would have difficulty tracking down every pernickety thing they were looking for. This store can really pride itself on possessing a plentiful amount of stock. On one shopping trip I was able to buy all the toiletries I required for my last term at university, a memory card reader and a hammer.
