Not knowing how to unwind the dangerous spring that I find can literally KILL YOU and wasn't on the agenda for the night, I chose to google and found "Ohio Door". Rob answered the phone and after a few words spoken on price (Cheapest I found after 3 calls), he was at my house in 25 minutes. Rob is very precise and fast, as if the two qualities are remotely related. lol. Rob mentioned that he may run into other issues such as garage door wire being rusted and that he would let me know. Now, as you can imagine, this may sound as a lead in for an additional fee. After all, he is at my house and I am stranded and at his mercy. So, twenty minutes had passed and I went outside to see how he and his partner were coming along. To my surprise, they were finished. No additional charge! They came on time and were done in two hours. They even added a couple missing bolts to the door hardware, reinforced an area of the door that was splitting, wired the door opener buttons, and all for one set price. Very good price for the work. The doors open like a dream! Very satisfied. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they didn't offer a warranty on their work.
