They have probably some of the best staff out there for each department. They have always been helpful, nice and useful and I have never been really lead a stray by them. I visit very frequently and tend to spend a lot of money at Hobby Town they are great employees as well as people I value as friends I was never treated poorly when starting to know them, or knowing them now. I think the Owner has done a great job with his store and the selection of people he has on his Hobby Town Team! They have a very great selection of Model Kits, R/C Cars, R/C Planes, War Hammer, Paint, 3D print items, Train supplies. If they don't have what you are looking for they will gladly order for you and it comes in no time (if the item you want is being produced at the time). The value of items are typically fair and I've never seen anything that id say is really over priced. The owner also tends to price match if you ask. They also tend to run a lot of deals like 10% off of Gundam or Warhammer items if you come on select days and they run coupons pretty often especially around the holidays. This is defiantly THE best retail experience I've had through out my life and going back to the store to see the staff and selection is always a delight.

I wish I could give zero stars…read more. Rude man at the donations drive-thru. This location has no carts or bins to assist with drop-offs. And the man wouldn't help me unload anything; told me I had to unload things myself and hand them to him. So he stood there while I unpacked my back seat and cargo area, both full of donation items. Is this "no help unloading" a new policy? Regardless, this has now been my final donation to goodwill. Going forward, I'll simply place my no-longer-wanted items in the trash. And the icing on the cake--they wouldn't accept the flatscreen tv I wanted to donate because, supposedly, they're not accepting any "large furniture items." However, their website states no such policy.

The bed was delivered in the time frame they gave. We were not satisfied with how the bed felt.. way too firm. We didn't even have to wait the full 30 days to have them make it softer. Picked the mattress up on time and dropped it off the same day, even earlier than the time they expected. And now feels better than ever thank you! We could not be happier.
